In this newly created role, the Director, Human Resources will be an integral member of the EMEA regional leadership team. He/she will be responsible for driving and executing the Human Resources programs and strategies throughout the EMEA region, supporting the region’s and organization’s goals & objectives. This role is an individual contributor and will report to the VP, Global Human Resources located in New Jersey, with a matrix reporting relationship to the President of EMEA, located in Denmark.
