INTTRA professionals work with 54 leading carriers and NVOCCs, 109 software alliance partners, as well as their customers, to streamline and standardize their shipping processes worldwide through a network of more than 220,000 shipping professionals. Over 600,000 container orders are initiated on the INTTRA platform each week, representing 27 percent of global ocean container trade.

     

    This technical person will be working with INTTRA’s Service Delivery Managers to integrate customers with the INTTRA platform and provide ongoing service and support.

    Responsibilities

    • Handle incoming calls and provide customer satisfaction
    • Work closely with Service Delivery Managers for Customer Integration Projects to integrate Customer with the INTTRA platform via EDI or Web Services.
    • Create Customer Account, perform Customer’s product and service configuration.
    • Work with Infrastructure team to configure EDI & Web Service Trading Partner profile, communication protocols (FTP, sFTP, AS2 etc.) and validate the configuration.
    • Analyze/Test Customer EDI messages as per test plan/scenario, identify & investigate EDI data issue by using EDI implementation guides.
    • Create analysis/error report and propose solutions for EDI data issue.
    • Create EDI message for Customer as per test plan/scenario of the Integration Project by using EDI implementation guides.
    • Post integration, during hyper care period in Production environment, generate Top 10 error reports for Customer EDI transaction using SQL query.
    • Provide on-demand Production support to Customer related to their EDI connection or EDI data issue.
    • Participate in meetings with Customers as per Project requirement.
    • Monitor Service Requests in the Queue.
    • Ensure the Service Requests are handled and resolved as per SLA.

    Qualifications

    Education & Professional Qualifications:

    • B.S. degree in a Computer Science/Engineer or equivalent in a computer-related field.

    Prior Experience:

    • At least 2 years’ experience in the IT industry
    • Experience in transportation industry in Carrier Operations, Supply Chain Operations, Freight Forwarder or Customs Brokerage Operations is a plus
    • Fresh graduates welcome to apply

    Skills & Qualities:

    • Must possess excellent analysis, communication (written and verbal) skill.
    • Must be a team player and self-starter.
    • Knowledge of SQL is a plus.
    • Knowledge of EDI messages, inter-business communication protocols and web service is plus.
    • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
    • Technical writing skills
